Partially si usa soprattutto per dire “non totalmente, in modo incompleto”: facilities for the blind and partially sighted, servizi per i non vedenti e gli ipovedenti; the state of siege round the city has been partially lifted, lo stato di assedio attorno alla città è stato parzialmente tolto.
